No Returns Policy

At Sassy Southern Glam LLC, we take great pride in offering luxury wigs and hairpieces that meet the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and craftsmanship. Due to the intimate nature of our products and for the protection of all our customers, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Once a wig leaves our facility, it is considered a personal use item and can no longer be restocked or resold—even if unworn. This policy helps us ensure that every customer receives a brand-new, untouched product of the highest quality.

We encourage you to reach out before placing your order if you have any questions about a style, color, or fit. We’re happy to help you feel confident in your purchase!

Please Read Carefully Before Purchasing

• No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted on wigs, hairpieces, or accessories.

• Once a wig has been shipped, it is considered used for hygiene purposes and cannot be resold.

• We strongly encourage customers to review all product descriptions, photos, cap details, measurements, and color information prior to purchasing.

• Color appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen resolution, and individual perception.

Exceptions

The only exception to this policy is in the rare event that:

• You receive the incorrect item, or

• Your item arrives with a manufacturer defect

In these cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Approved claims will result in a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Items must remain unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Order Cancellations

• Any Cancellation of Orders MUST be made within 1 hour of placing the order as long as it has not been processed or shipped.

• Once your order has been processed there will be a 20% restocking fee if cancelled.

• Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
